SHIPPING
Typical processing includes orders processed & shipped within 2-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during major sales or during the holidays.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the contiguous U.S. over $149.
Once picked up and scanned in by our carrier, transit times will vary depending on shipping method & delivery destination.
You will receive your shipping confirmation email as soon as a label is created for your order; the tracking status of your shipment may take up to 48-72 hours once a label has been created.
Once shipped, an order's tracking information is outside of our control, final delivery is out of our hands. We do not replace missing or stolen packages.
Shipping charges are non-refundable; postage and the appropriate amount of insurance is the buyer’s responsibility. We will not be held liable for delays or failed delivery of your order.
We are unable to guarantee changes once an order is placed, however, if you need assistance, please email hello@erikacurry.com with as many details as possible and we'll try our best.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items that are in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable; postage and the appropriate amount of insurance is the buyer’s responsibility - we strongly recommend that you use a tracking method to mail your return.

You will be refunded the same way you paid for your item(s). We reserve the right to not reimburse you if the item is visibly worn or damaged, at our discretion. We do not reimburse for shipping on returns.
There are no returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items, discontinued items, limited collections/releases, gift cards or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
Please allow up to 3 weeks, from the receipt of your return package, to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed. Please note that bank/credit card payment processing is beyond our control, and it may take up to 3-5 additional business days for the credit to be applied. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Candles, wax melts, and other related products can soften or melt when shipping during warm temperatures. We will not be held liable for products that become melted when subjected to hot temperatures for long periods of time. We strongly encourage you to arrange to have your order delivered to an air conditioned location, such as a business or a home where someone can receive your order. If packages are left outside during hot temperatures, candles and related items could potentially melt and we will not be held liable for such damage. Please email hello@erikacurry.com with questions.
